Background :

KSrelief has expanded its humanitarian operations in Gaza, Mali and Yemen through food distribution and healthcare support programmes targeting vulnerable communities.

In Khan Younis, Gaza, the agency distributed 1,781 food baskets to vulnerable groups, supporting more than 10,000 people. KSrelief also continued operating its central kitchen programme in central and southern Gaza, where around 25,000 hot meals were distributed to families in need.

In Mali, the organization delivered 917 food baskets to low-income families and people with disabilities in the Segou and Koulikoro regions. The aid programme benefited approximately 5,500 people.

The agency also distributed 600 food baskets in Yemen’s Abyan governorate, helping around 4,200 vulnerable residents as part of its ongoing relief efforts in the country.

Alongside food assistance, KSrelief continued supporting healthcare services in Yemen. The organization said its dialysis centre in Al-Mahrah governorate provided medical care to 134 patients during one month.

The agency’s prosthetics and rehabilitation centre in Aden governorate also delivered nearly 2,000 medical services to 659 beneficiaries who had lost limbs. The services included prosthetic limb fitting, rehabilitation support, physical therapy and specialized medical consultations.

KSrelief said the programmes are part of its wider humanitarian efforts aimed at supporting vulnerable populations and improving access to essential aid and healthcare services. Through these ongoing efforts, KSrelief continues to stand by some of the world’s most vulnerable communities, delivering aid where it is needed most.
