Background 

Total CX, a member of an international technology group based in Bahrain, has entered into a strategic partnership with Ibn Al Nafees Hospital to offer services and artificial intelligence solutions in order to improve the hospital’s operation. 

Under the agreement, Total CX will deploy skilled customer service professionals together with AI-powered solutions to strengthen the hospital’s customer experience capabilities. The company said the partnership is expected to improve service efficiency, response times and overall customer satisfaction. 

The agreement reflects the shared goal of both organisations to combine human expertise with AI technology to deliver better service quality and support operational performance. 

Interim Chief Executive Officer Aseel Mattar said organisations are increasingly looking for smarter ways to improve customer experience while enhancing operational efficiency.
