Background :
Executive search firm Caldwell has appointed Olga Kozlova as a Partner in its Life Sciences and Healthcare Practice, based in Dubai. Kozlova will advise clients across the Middle East, North Africa and Europe on senior executive and board appointments, with a focus on healthcare services, biopharmaceuticals, pharmaceuticals, MedTech and HealthTech.
Kozlova brings close to two decades of experience in executive search and leadership advisory work, partnering with multinational, regional and founder-led organizations to recruit chief executives, general managers and other senior leaders. She has extensive knowledge of the healthcare and life sciences sector across the Middle East and has advised organizations navigating leadership decisions in complex, evolving markets.
John Blank and Steven Price, co-leaders of Caldwell’s Life Sciences and Healthcare Practice, said Kozlova’s sector expertise, regional knowledge and client relationships across the Middle East would benefit the firm’s clients as it expands its reach in the region.
Before joining Caldwell, Kozlova spent nearly 20 years at a global executive search firm, most recently as part of its Healthcare and Life Sciences Practice in Dubai, where she helped build the firm’s regional franchise. Earlier in her career in Moscow, she worked across life sciences, consumer and technology sectors, recruiting senior leaders in general management, commercial, finance, human resources and operations. She began her executive search career at Ward Howell International.
Kozlova is a trained Hogan Assessment consultant with a bachelor’s degree in labor economics and sociology from the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics in Moscow.
Caldwell CEO Chris Beck said Kozlova’s appointment reflects the firm’s continued investment in Dubai and strengthens its Life Sciences and Healthcare presence as clients increasingly look to the Middle East as a key growth market.
