FITCODE has opened its third flagship premium health club at Q-East in Al Quoz, marking a major expansion in its fitness and wellness portfolio. The new two-floor, 24,000 sq ft facility is part of Formative, the UAE’s largest fitness collective, and adds to its existing locations in Tilal Al Ghaf and Nad Al Sheba.
The club is designed as a mixed training and wellness space that combines performance training, recovery services and lifestyle amenities. It features advanced strength and cardio equipment from global fitness brands and offers personalised training support based on individual goals.
FITCODE Q-East includes four boutique studios with different training formats. The studios include a heated space for barre and high-intensity sessions, a ride studio, a reformer Pilates studio, and a multi-purpose energy studio for strength and conditioning.
The facility also introduces a HYROX training centre, offering structured sessions based on the growing global fitness race format. This marks the brand’s expansion into endurance and competitive fitness training.
Recovery and wellness services form a key part of the new club. Members have access to infrared salt saunas, cold plunge pools, steam rooms and experience showers. The club also provides recovery tools such as compression therapy systems and massage equipment to support post-workout recovery.
A lifestyle café has also been added, offering health-focused food and beverage options as part of the overall wellness experience.
Formative chief executive David Prosser said the new club reflects a modern approach to fitness that combines performance, design and experience. He said the facility is built to meet evolving training needs and growing demand for integrated wellness spaces.
The launch strengthens FITCODE’s position in Dubai’s premium fitness sector and expands its presence in the region’s growing wellness market.
