Seema’s inspiration was a mixture of her personal goals as well as strategic insights from what’s happening around her. “My husband was already leading a pharmaceutical company called Pharma Solutions,” she recalls. “But I wanted to create something of my own. Something that gave me autonomy and flexibility. Back then, working from home was not the norm, but I embraced it to pursue my entrepreneurial journey.”

Fast Track Solutions was born from a gap in the market that she clearly identified. While several recruitment firms focused on sectors like IT and oil and gas, very few catered specifically to healthcare and even fewer specialized in recruiting super-specialized doctors. “We saw a need for niche recruitment services, where hospitals required not just any doctor, but a consultant with a specific subspecialty and qualifications from the UK or other Western countries,” says Seema. “That’s where we positioned ourselves as a provider of customized recruitment solutions.”

Starting in Dubai, the company has expanded its presence across the UAE and the wider GCC, including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman. When a doctor relocates, it’s often an entire family moving. That means considerations around schooling, lifestyle, and spousal employment. We offer full-spectrum support, not just for the professional transition but the personal one too.”

We’ve created opportunities for stay-at-home women to re-enter the workforce, balancing their personal and professional goals.”
This focus on women’s empowerment resonates strongly in the broader healthcare landscape. “Women make up around 25–30% of the healthcare workforce in the Middle East, and their contributions are significant whether as doctors, pharmacists, or administrators. I’m proud that our company reflects and supports that change,” she adds.
