SEHA CLINICS, part of PureHealth, has teamed up with the Abu Dhabi Public Health Centre (ADPHC) to introduce Barakat Al Seha (“Blessings of Health”), a health and recipe guide aimed at helping families in the UAE live healthier lives.
The book is part of a unique community project and features traditional Emirati recipes, easy wellness tips, and practical lifestyle advice. It is approved by ADPHC under the SEHHI programme and supports the UAE Year of the Community as well as the National Wellbeing Strategy 2031.
Khadija Al Marashda, CEO of SEHA CLINICS, said, “Staying healthy starts at home with smart choices, balanced meals, and simple daily habits. Barakat Al Seha is more than just a book; it’s a hands-on guide to living a healthier life. We hope it helps families make small, lasting changes that improve their health.”
The book meets the need for clear and reliable wellness guidance. Barakat Al Seha gives trusted advice and easy tips to help families make healthier choices every day.
His Excellency Dr Rashed Al Suwaidi, Director General of ADPHC, said that food labeling helps people make healthier choices and reduce diet-related illnesses. He noted that the launch of the Barakat Al Seha book is an important step for the SEHHI Programme, which has officially approved the guide.
Developed by PureHealth employees under the supervision of licensed dietitians, the book includes halal-compliant, Emirati-inspired recipes, along with practical tips on physical activity, mental wellbeing, and sustainable daily habits. The book is included in SEHA CLINICS’ healthcare services, and patients can access follow-up advice on diet and wellbeing.
Copies of the book are being shared at SEHA CLINICS, schools, government centres, and community events in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. Barakat Al Seha promotes healthy living and prevention, helping the UAE build healthier communities.
